We’re on the hunt for a proactive, empathetic, and sharp Talent Success Partner who knows how to build real trust. Someone with the right mix of psychology, people instinct, and business awareness. Someone who can turn tough conversations into growth, spot risks before they become problems, and make sure our talent feels part of something bigger.. This is not an admin role. This is about reducing churn, increasing engagement, and multiplying impact for talent, clients, and Workana as a whole.. What you’ll do. . Build strong relationships with talent, making sure they feel supported, engaged, and connected.. . Run regular 1:1s with talent to monitor climate, satisfaction, and performance.. . Spot early warning signs of disengagement and act before they escalate.. . Share insights with Account Managers and BDMs to detect bottlenecks and uncover new opportunities.. . Create reports and climate insights that help leadership see risks and trends clearly.. . Foster a supportive, high-performance environment where talent grows and thrives.. . What we expect from you. . You know how to listen. Really listen—and pick up the signals that others miss.. . You’ve worked in talent, people, or engagement roles (ideally in tech) and get the pressures our talent faces.. . You’re comfortable having tough conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.. . You’re proactive: you don’t wait for problems to explode—you see them coming and act fast.. . You can translate “soft signals” (mood, feedback, frustrations) into clear actions and outcomes.. . You’re a natural relationship builder. People trust you and like talking to you.. . You’re not just a caretaker. You multiply impact: helping talent succeed, BDMs focus, and matchers scale.. . . Degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field.. . Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, or community roles.. . Strong understanding of the tech industry and consultant challenges.. . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.. . Fluent English (Spanish/Portuguese is a big plus).. . Company Location: Argentina.
