As a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients — managing inbound calls, supporting intake and scheduling, coordinating care, and ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and professionally guided. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth coordination across the care journey.. Scope of Work / Responsibilities. Manage inbound calls and handle live client interaction with professionalism and empathy. Support client engagement and relationship management. Coordinate care for mental health practice clients. Handle client intake and appointment scheduling. Provide flexible remote administrative support as needed. Proactively identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision. Adapt to evolving workflows in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Top 3 Priorities. Call management and real-time client interaction. Strong English clarity (written and verbal). Healthcare experience preferred. Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Front Desk Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
