The Product Owner plays a key role in supporting prioritization of work efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.. The Role. As a . Product Owner I . you will support the Specialty brand by driving delivery in a SAFe Agile environment. Key responsibilities include:. Manage and prioritize the team backlog using Rally, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. . Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore developers and testers.. Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams.. Participate in PI planning and other Agile ceremonies.. Deliver measurable business value, managing dependencies, and supporting continuous improvement across work efforts.. Preferred bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or related areas. Insurance industry experience required. 2+ years of similar experience within an agile environment.
