Handle client check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently.. . Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records.. . Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and promotional materials.. . . High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or customer service is a plus.. . Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.. . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.. .
