Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the aviation industry.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.. . Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.. .
