Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to veterinary services.. . Assist customers in scheduling appointments and providing information about services offered.. . Respond to questions regarding pet health and care with empathy and clarity.. . Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and attentiveness.. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.. . Stay informed about animal care practices and services to provide accurate information to clients.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. .
