We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service representative for the Government & Public Sector industry. Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish to clients in the Government & Public Sector industry. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. . Assist clients with information regarding government services, programs, and resources. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database. . Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. . Stay up-to-date with changes in government policies and procedures that affect customer service. . Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while assisting clients. . . Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and proficient in English. . Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. . Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. . Familiarity with government services and public sector operations is a plus. .
