You will analyze metrics, optimize workflows, and ensure procurement projects meet financial and organizational objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide strategies, foster collaboration across departments, and lead continuous improvement efforts. The position is fully remote within the U.S., with occasional domestic and minimal international travel.. . Accountabilities. Oversee and manage the global portfolio of procurement and sourcing projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.. Develop, implement, and standardize procurement processes to reduce administrative burden and enhance collaboration.. Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops to promote program adoption and operational excellence.. Collect and analyze data to create reports, dashboards, and visual tools that monitor project performance and financial impact.. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects.. Strong analytical skills, organizational capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication..
