We are looking for . ambitious and organized Project Manager. to support Global Technical Department in delivering key technical initiatives across international production sites.. This role offers the opportunity to manage impactful engineering projects related to . modifying and replacing components on production lines. worldwide. YOU WILL . . Take full ownership of global technical projects – from scoping and planning to execution and post-implementation reviews.. . Lead the modification and replacement of components across production lines worldwide, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.. . Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with global technical and financial strategies.. . Coordinate and align activities with local and global engineering teams, procurement, finance, and factory representatives.. . Manage project risks and issues proactively, identifying mitigation plans and ensuring stakeholder alignment.. . Drive effective communication and transparency with all project participants, including negotiations with factories and resolution of change resistance.. . Monitor project KPIs, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.. . . . At least 2 years of experience. managing or coordinating projects, ideally in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing setting.. . Proven track record of leading cross-functional, international projects involving multiple stakeholders and locations. . Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience in . budget management and cost control. . . High level of cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across different time zones and organizational levels. . Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills – especially in high-pressure or change-resistant environments. . Interest in and ability to collaborate closely with technical departments, both at the global and local level. . Structured, analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills. . Fluent in English (written and spoken). . Company Location: Poland.
