Facebook. . . As a Product Owner, you will: . Research and analyze market, customer use cases, and competitor products to identify problems and business needs. . Work closely with business stakeholders and product managers to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure full understanding of project scope and requirements. . Translate business needs and use cases into executable product requirements and user stories for the development team. . Be responsible for the product backlog grooming, clearly expressing the product backlog items, and prioritizing the items to best achieve our product goals within a scrum framework . Define the user story acceptance criteria and ensure “definition of done” is aligned with the development team . Coordinate product release and launch activities with Product Marketing . Other duties include scheduling and leading meetings to identify product issues, managing product roadmaps, and completing daily goals and schedules to meet project deadlines. . Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field. . A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Business/Product Analyst/ Scrum Product Owner. Workforce or HCM applications are a plus! . Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and product management skills. . Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements. . Exhibit strong oral, written, and reasoning abilities. . Agile & Scrum process experience. .
