The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of hands-on architectural experience and possess a deep understanding of the skills and knowledge required for success in the industry. Your role will include conducting technical interviews, evaluating candidates’ portfolios, and providing detailed assessments to aid the selection process.. Key Responsibilities:. . Conduct technical and behavioral interviews for Architects based in Philippines.. . Evaluate candidate portfolios, work samples, and technical proficiency.. . Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and key evaluation criteria.. . Assess candidates’ skills, expertise, and alignment with project goals and company culture.. . Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on candidates.. . Stay updated on architectural trends and industry standards to ensure relevant evaluations.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. . Licensed Architect. . Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience.. . Strong knowledge of architectural design, technical standards, and industry practices.. . Experience utilizing various software, with a strong emphasis on Revit.. . Experience in conducting interviews or assessing technical skills.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and evaluate candidates effectively.. .
