As a key liaison between the brand and its dealers, you’ll ensure partners are equipped to successfully sell, promote, and represent a leading wireless communication solution. With 80% travel expected, this role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, people-focused work, and direct impact on sales performance and market visibility.. . Accountabilities:. . Conduct regular visits to powersports dealers across the assigned region to assess support needs and promote sales growth.. . Deliver engaging training to dealership staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.. . Ensure all dealerships are stocked with appropriate marketing materials and visual merchandising.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and sales teams, serving as their go-to support resource.. . Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and rallies to enhance visibility and engagement.. . Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.. . Maintain detailed reports on dealership visits, sales performance, training effectiveness, and promotional inventory.. . . Proven experience in the powersports industry, with a strong background in dirt bikes considered a major advantage.. . Familiarity with communication systems or related technical products is preferred.. . Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and training skills.. . Demonstrated success in relationship management and customer service within a sales or dealer support context.. .
