Accountabilities:. . Design, build, and maintain full stack applications within a robust suite of enterprise tools.. . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to ideate and deliver solutions to complex customer needs.. . Lead or participate in agile team ceremonies and foster an environment of continuous improvement.. . Integrate and optimize the use of large language models (LLMs) via commercial APIs to enhance AI-powered applications.. . Guide architecture and cloud infrastructure decisions using AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.).. . Contribute to internal developer tooling and workflows to maximize team productivity and software quality.. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack and ensure high system availability.. . Mentor junior engineers and participate in incident response and disaster recovery initiatives.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.. . 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles.. . Strong experience with Python and JavaScript; proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (preferably React).. . Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product and design teams to deliver enterprise applications.. . Expertise in building cloud-native applications using serverless technologies.. . Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).. . Skilled in RESTful API design, data modeling with relational databases (especially Postgres), and database performance tuning.. . Familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and LLM-based applications.. .
