Own client communications end to end, ensuring every message is responded to promptly and every commitment is followed through. Serve as the primary point of contact for client updates, questions, and escalations. Proactively flag risks, delays, or issues to internal stakeholders before they reach the client. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, professional, and responsive communication. Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes cleanly from start to finish. Deliverable Monitoring and Workload Management. Track all active client deliverables and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Monitor team workloads and flag capacity issues or bottlenecks early. Follow up relentlessly on open items until they are closed. Maintain real-time visibility into project and recruitment status across all active accounts. Recruitment and Hiring Coordination. Support recruitment operations by managing hiring updates and keeping clients informed at every stage. Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates with zero confusion and zero missed slots. Track candidate pipelines and ensure handoffs between recruitment and client teams are clean and timely. Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Internal Operations and Initiatives. Lead internal projects including procurement coordination, file organization, and documentation management. Own SOP creation, updates, and maintenance to ensure processes are current and accessible. Keep Notion workspaces, trackers, and dashboards organized and up to date. Build and maintain Google Sheets trackers, reports, and operational views that give the team clear visibility. Identify operational gaps and drive improvements without waiting to be told. What You Bring. 3 to 4 years of experience in client success, account management, operations, or a closely related role. Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without dropping details. Strong follow-through: you close loops, meet deadlines, and never need to be chased. Proficiency in Notion and Google Sheets including building trackers, databases, and operational systems. Clear, professional, and responsive written and verbal communication. Proactive problem-solver who surfaces issues early and comes with solutions, not just problems. High sense of urgency and a hustler mentality: you figure out what needs to happen and you make it happen. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment. Nice to Have. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Background in recruitment coordination, staffing, or talent operations.
