Accountabilities:. . Lead the requirements gathering process to clearly identify business needs and opportunities.. . Conduct research and analysis to validate and prioritize objectives.. . Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, project plans, and documentation for IT teams and vendors.. . Coordinate with developers, architects, and vendors to configure and optimize enterprise applications.. . Perform thorough testing to ensure system functionality, performance, and user acceptance.. . Provide end-user support and guidance on application capabilities and troubleshoot issues.. . Manage project activities including requirements gathering, testing, training, and go-live support.. . Develop user documentation and training materials, and facilitate training sessions as needed.. . . Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.. . Business Systems Analyst II: 2-4 years of programming, systems or business analysis experience, including advanced SQL skills and enterprise application configuration.. . Business Systems Analyst Senior: 4-6 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in complex analysis and system configuration.. . Strong written and verbal communication skills.. . Advanced problem-solving, analytical abilities, and organizational skills.. . Ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels and work collaboratively in teams.. . Understanding of project management methodologies and facilitation skills.. . Experience with process mapping and documentation.. .
