Delivery Consultant. to lead strategic sourcing efforts across go-to-market (GTM) functions—primarily Sales, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales. This is a research- and delivery-intensive position focused on quality over volume.. You’ll play a vital role in sourcing and engaging exceptional commercial talent through proactive headhunting and deep market intelligence. This is not an internal recruiter or RPO role. You’ll work exclusively on retained, often confidential mandates—offering high-touch delivery to venture-backed and PE-funded clients.. Key Responsibilities. . . Strategic Talent Sourcing:. Identify and engage best-in-class commercial professionals in enterprise SaaS, AI, and cybersecurity through targeted outbound techniques. . . . Market Mapping & Org Charts:. Develop comprehensive competitor maps, org charts, and sector intelligence for named accounts and vertical specialisms. . . . Proactive Headhunting:. Use strategic outreach via LinkedIn InMail, cold calling, and direct email to engage passive candidates credibly and professionally. . . . Client Brief Calibration:. Collaborate with lead consultants to interpret hiring briefs and tailor sourcing strategies based on client growth stage (Seed to Series B/PE scale-ups). . . . Shortlist Delivery:. Consistently present 8–12 highly relevant candidate profiles per week that align with client expectations in both skill and culture fit. . . . Search Intelligence & Reporting:. Deliver insights on salary trends, GTM team structures, and competitor data to inform client decision-making. . . . Candidate Relationship Management:. Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level talent, nurturing your candidate network for future engagements. . . Required Experience & Skills. . 3–5 years’ experience in executive search or external recruitment, with a strong focus on GTM/commercial functions. . . Demonstrated success in sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping within SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity. . . Adept at managing multiple delivery mandates and maintaining high-quality output (8–12 profiles weekly). . . Solid understanding of startup and scale-up dynamics, especially across venture-backed and PE-funded tech environments. . . Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search techniques, and CRM/reporting tools. . . Strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal. . . Tech-ready: You’ll need your own laptop and a reliable internet connection for remote work. . . Compensation & Benefits. . Competitive salary: R30,000–R45,000 per month (based on experience) . .
