We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing team with administrative, bookkeeping, and HR-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values mental health services, and can handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. . Key Responsibilities:. Administrative Support. . Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. . Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries professionally. . Maintain and organize digital files and documentation. . Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications. . Coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics as needed. . Provide general office support to clinicians and leadership team. . Bookkeeping Support. . Record and reconcile financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., Xero or MYOB). . Issue and follow up on invoices and payments. . Assist with accounts payable and receivable. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. . Collaborate with external accountants or finance consultants as needed. . Prepare monthly financial summaries or reports for internal review. . . HR Support. .
