Handle customer inquiries regarding online banking services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.. . Provide comprehensive support for account issues, payment inquiries, and banking regulations.. . Guide customers through online banking features and assist with technical issues.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.. . Stay updated on banking products, policies, and relevant industry changes to provide informed assistance.. . .
