Workload expectations:. . This role supports a portfolio of approximately 50 to 65 client families. Within this group, 6 families are ultra-high-net-worth with complex, multi-faceted financial needs, requiring deep involvement across areas like investment management, tax strategy, estate planning, and legal coordination. The remaining clients have more focused needs, typically in one or two key areas such as financial planning, tax support, or legal document management. This mix provides a dynamic workload, balancing high-touch service for complex relationships with efficient, specialized support for others.. Your responsibilities:. . . Client Support:. Assist in managing client inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain high client satisfaction.. . . Account Administration: . Handle account opening and maintenance processes with RIA, bank, and other financial intermediaries. This will include documentation preparation, verification, and follow-up.. . . Operational Tasks:. Execute transactions, process wire transfers, and manage cash movements within client bank and investment accounts in accordance with firm policies and procedures.. . . Documentation Management: . Maintain highly organized and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.. . . Meeting Facilitation:. Prepare proposals, presentations, planning drafts, and other necessary meeting materials, and assist in the reconciliation of follow-up actions.. . . Data Management:. Update and manage client information in CRM & project management systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.. . . Reporting: . Generate and distribute periodic account statements, performance reports, and other client-specific reports as needed.. . . Compliance Support:.
