We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and digitally savvy Sales Support Specialist to act as the backbone of our Sales team. In this remote role, you will work closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team to ensure operations run smoothly, calendars are coordinated, client communications are timely, and data integrity is maintained in our CRM. You’ll be the glue that keeps our sales engine efficient, responsive, and scalable. . Key Responsibilities:. . CRM Management: Update, monitor, and manage customer data, interactions, and deal progress within our CRM system (Salesforce).. . Communication Management: Draft and send professional, clear, and timely digital communications (emails, SMS) to clients and partner agencies.. . Meeting Preparation: Send pre-meeting reminders to prospects and clients, and ensure follow-up correspondence is issued post-meeting.. . Follow-Up Coordination: Track and follow up on leads, documentation, and application progress to ensure clients' optimal product use.. .
