Own and evolve the LMS product roadmap. , aligning it with strategic company initiatives and customer feedback. . . Serve as the . Product Owner. in Agile development processes—prioritizing backlogs, leading sprint planning, and ensuring alignment with business goals. . . Explore and define . AI-driven product enhancements. (e.g., automated recommendations, intelligent feedback, usage pattern analytics) that improve learning outcomes and efficiency. . . Conduct . competitive and market analysis. to identify trends, emerging technologies, and unmet needs in the LMS and EdTech space. . . Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, validate ideas, and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. . . Ensure a . seamless experience across mobile, web, and integrated platforms. , working with UX and engineering to maintain a high-quality user experience. . . Support sales enablement, go-to-market readiness, and internal product training efforts. . . Serve as the . technical liaison. during client consultations, helping explain platform capabilities and how AI features align with client objectives.. . Key Competencies: . . . LMS or EdTech sector. . . . Hands-on experience developing or integrating . AI or machine learning-based features. (e.g., recommendation engines, content tagging, personalization). . . Proficiency with . Agile frameworks. , backlog management (Azure DevOps preferred), and stakeholder communications. . . Strong understanding of . LMS architecture. , standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI), and technical integrations. . . Exceptional analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. . . Proficiency in .
