Key Responsibilities:. Data Management: . Maintain data for responsible tasks. This will include updating Monday.com, Sharepoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc. . Testing Email and Data Management: . Review testing inbox, update data in Excel and Word document templates, and all execution needed for testing . CMAA and MNDA Management:. Update word templates and format for Docusign, send and manage documents through Docusign, update and add information to Salesforce . Logistics Oversight: . Responsible for some shipments and inbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery. . Cross-Functional Collaboration: . Work closely with the entire Hologenix team to ensure alignment and communication.. Tech Stack Operations: . Use platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Zoom, Teams, etc.. . 3+ years of experience in logistics and operations roles. . Strong attention to detail.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. . Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, and Zoom. . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. . High tolerance for ambiguity and change.. Excellent communicator and highly organized. . Excellent fluency in English (Both written and verbal).. Currently living in Latin America..
