Marketing Manager / Director at Sigma Marketing LLC. About the Role. We are seeking a Marketing Manager / Director to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our crypto casino projects. You will be responsible for managing the full marketing funnel — from acquisition to retention — across all key channels including paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM.. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the iGaming industry, and experience managing remote teams while optimizing for ROI in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.. Key Responsibilities. . Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention.. . Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.. . Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance.. . Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.. . Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.. . Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.. . Manage budgets efficiently and ensure optimal resource allocation.. . Report on performance and present actionable insights to leadership.. . Ensure compliance with crypto and iGaming marketing regulations.. . . . 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry.. . Strong leadership and remote team management experience.. . Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms).. . Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.. . Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.. .
