This role is ideal for someone with solid accounting knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a passion for mentoring junior staff. You will play a key role in preparing financial statements using CaseWare, reviewing work prepared by junior team members, and contributing to process improvements through innovative thinking.. Duties and Responsibilities:. ·        Prepare financial statements and working papers using . CaseWare. .. ·        Apply strong technical accounting knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance.. ·        Review and provide constructive feedback on work prepared by junior staff.. ·        Supervise and support junior team members in their development.. ·        Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team efficiency.. ·        Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounts.. ·        Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and best practices..  . Skills and Requirements:. ·        Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. Experience in UK GAAP & FRS102 is advantageous.. ·        Proficiency in .
