This role is designed for individuals who are organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team while enjoying the benefits of a remote work environment.. Key Responsibilities. . Provide vital administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Dutch.. . Assist with data entry, prepare documents, and maintain an efficient electronic filing system.. . Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring all plans are well-organized.. . Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.. . Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Dutch, delivering exceptional customer service.. . Collaborate with team members to improve processes and contribute to various ongoing projects.. . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.. Excellent communication abilities, fostering a collaborative work environment.. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with various administrative software tools.. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting.. Self-motivated and disciplined in a home-office environment..
