We are currently looking for a Software Licensing Manager in the United States.. This role is responsible for leading the adoption and optimization of a commit-to-consume SaaS pricing model for enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure license utilization aligns with contractual commitments while maximizing customer value. The position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on operational expertise, and the ability to manage complex customer interactions with tact and professionalism. You will develop repeatable frameworks, drive adoption processes, and ensure consistent reporting and dispute resolution. Accountabilities. ·         Lead the rollout, adoption, and ongoing evolution of the commit-to-consume pricing model for enterprise customers.. ·         Monitor and analyze license utilization, entitlements, and commitments, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and supporting value realization.. ·         Conduct pre- and post-contract usage reviews with internal teams and customers to align on expectations and account management.. ·         Develop internal enablement resources including playbooks, training, and documentation for Sales, Operations, and Product teams.. ·         Resolve usage disputes by analyzing data, providing recommendations, and facilitating clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.. ·         Lead monthly account status reviews and contribute to quarterly usage evaluations, identifying opportunities for upsell and improved adoption.. ·         Standardize customer feedback collection and support ongoing improvements to the customer portal and program processes.. ·         8+ years of experience in pricing operations, data analytics, sales operations, deal desk, or related roles, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.. ·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and make data-driven recommendations.. ·         Knowledge of SaaS subscription models, commit-to-consume structures, and revenue recognition implications.. ·         Experience managing customer usage disputes and ensuring accurate reporting pipelines.. ·         Ability to develop repeatable frameworks for intake, usage analysis, and operational processes.. ·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of diplomatically presenting complex data and de-escalating challenging customer situations.. ·         Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Legal..
