ABA Administrator at ReWorks Solutions. Position: ABA Administrator. Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST). Full-Time, Remote Work.. Key Responsibilities. Oversee and manage the administrative aspects of ABA therapy services, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.. Coordinate the intake processes for new clients, maintaining accurate and organized records in the database.. Support therapists by managing schedules, coordinating client sessions, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained.. Facilitate communication between families, therapists, and clinical teams to enhance service delivery.. Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to streamline operations.. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ABA programs, ensuring high-quality service standards are met.. Provide training and support for new staff members on administrative processes and software systems.. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; relevant experience in an ABA setting is preferred.. Previous experience in an administrative role within a healthcare or therapy setting.. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff interactions.. Familiarity with ABA principles and practices, along with compliance and regulatory standards.. Proficient in using office software applications and electronic health records (EHR) systems..
