We are seeking a Bilingual Email Marketing Specialist fluent in Spanish and English with demonstrated experience using Klaviyo. This is a remote, part-time role with consistent hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing email marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and convert both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.. Key Responsibilities:. . Plan, write, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. . Develop and manage segmented lists for targeted communications. . Create A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize performance. . Translate and localize content for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences. . Ensure emails meet branding, quality, and compliance standards. . Collaborate with team members on campaign goals, timelines, and reporting. . Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions. . . Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal). . Proficient in Klaviyo (required). . Strong copywriting and editing skills in both languages. . Experience in audience segmentation, list management, and email automation. . Basic knowledge of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). . Strong attention to detail, design sensibility, and data interpretation skills. . Available Monday through Friday, 10am–2pm EST. . Experience with other marketing tools (Canva, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus. . Company Location: Colombia.
