We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant with a strong project management mindset. Your mission is to create structure, document processes, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the business.. This is not a typical VA role — you will own systems, SOPs, and workflow management to help the company scale efficiently.. Key Responsibilities. Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Manage and organize internal workflows across departments . Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met . Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements . Support leadership in maintaining operational efficiency . Maintain clear communication across teams . 2–3 years of experience in virtual assistance, operations, or project management . Proven ability to create SOPs and streamline workflows. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving apparel/e-commerce environment . Ideal Candidate.
