Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to exceed quota and drive new business across Alberta and British Columbia.. . Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline creation to contract negotiation and closing.. . Clearly communicate the value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders (from engineers to CISOs/CIOs).. . Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and maintain strong engagement with existing and prospective clients.. . Collaborate with channel partners to accelerate sales and expand market reach.. . Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates using proven methodologies like MEDDIC.. . Support occasional cross-time-zone engagements as part of a remote-first global team.. . . 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in Security, IT Observability, or related SaaS environments.. . Proven track record of landing at least 5+ new logos annually and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.. . Experience selling to IT and Security personas, including C-level executives.. . Background in working with high-growth startups or having an entrepreneurial mindset.. . Strong ability to create demand in greenfield territories and sell solutions not yet budgeted for.. .
