This executive role offers a unique opportunity to lead revenue growth and shape the long-term sales and partnership strategy at a fast-growing SaaS company. You will be hands-on in driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach, while also helping guide the organization’s direction at the leadership level. With a strong emphasis on scaling the business, this role requires someone who can balance tactical execution with forward-looking strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with the CEO and executive team to influence product development, pricing, and organizational alignment.. Accountabilities:. . Lead the overall sales strategy and revenue growth plan, balancing short- and long-term goals. . Take direct ownership of revenue generation, personally engaging in strategic sales execution. . Build and scale a high-performing sales, partnerships, and solutions team. . Define and implement a strategic partnerships roadmap to drive growth. . Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align sales efforts with company-wide objectives. . Lead sales expansion into enterprise clients and new verticals/geographies. . Influence pricing and packaging through experimentation and data-driven decision-making. . Identify and report on success metrics for both sales and partnership functions. . . Proven success as a sales executive in a venture-backed SaaS company, ideally scaling from $10M to $50M+ in revenue. . Experience building and leading high-performing, enterprise-focused sales organizations. . Demonstrated ability to expand market reach through new products, verticals, or international growth. . Experience creating, executing, and monetizing commercial partnerships. . Strong hands-on leadership style with strategic thinking and operational execution. . Ability to motivate teams, manage change, and inspire high performance. . Track record of working cross-functionally and thinking like a founder. . Adaptability and curiosity with a willingness to learn and experiment. . Bonus: Experience selling to finance departments or CPG industry clients. . Company Location: United States.
