Accounting & Bookkeeping. : Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service. FinTech payments. : Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses. We're looking for Senior Data Analyst - Sales who is excited about the following Mission and Outcomes. . Mission. : Turn data from our Sales & CRM sources into actionable insights for Sleek’s CEO, CRO, Sales Leaders & CFO.  You will play a pivotal role in Sleek’s ability to scale profitably, working closely with many members of the leadership team.. Outcomes: . 1. Improve Monthly Leadership Reporting of Sales: . include targets in Sales dashboard . Drive revamp of Sales Dashboard in Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise. Add visualizations most useful for users, remove little used sections. 2. Improve Sales reporting to drive better actions. Improve sales performance granular reporting, including pipeline tracking & speed to lead. Model link between input metrics & outcomes & derive recommendations. Build dashboard of pitch quality monitoring, based on call recording & AI scoring. 3. Data integrity & Documentation: . Documentation: Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented in Confluence or Google Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or Slack channels.  Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure CRM data  is representative of the true source of leads and customers. Drive improvements with various teams responsible of the input data (platform, CRM, eCommerce) to ensure maximum accuracy. 4. Improve New vs. Existing Business reporting (with CSS analyst). Define & Improve Sales are reported between new & existing business. Improve Upsell reporting along customer journey. 5. Data quality recommendations: . Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that BigQuery is maintained as best as possible. 6.. . Collaborate with other Data Analysts: . Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs. To do this you will have . A minimum of 6 years experience as a Data Analyst in Sales.. Strong SQL skills. Experience with Tableau . Experience with CRM systems & data, Hubspot preferred. Experience with AI-based data analytics, with recent models. The interview process. The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role. .  . Screening Call with Talent Acquisition . A ~30 minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition Lead . Technical round . A ~60 minute analytics competency interview, where one of our senior Analysts will assess your general analytics skill set.  . Behavioural fit assessment. A ~60 minute interview and live case study with our CRO . Offer + reference interviews. We’ll make a non-binding offer verbally or over email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us. . +++++. Requirement for background screening.
