Support strategic people initiatives that enhance engagement and communication for a national workforce.. . Develop and execute internal communication plans, including newsletters, program updates, success stories, and executive messages.. . Create engaging content across digital channels, live sessions, and events to support organizational initiatives.. . Assist in the development of training materials, slide decks, facilitator guides, and short training videos.. . Maintain and organize internal learning resources, ensuring accessibility and alignment with organizational frameworks.. . Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure consistent messaging and project alignment.. . Track feedback, measure engagement, and iterate on materials and communications to maximize impact.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 3+ years of experience in communications, preferably with exposure to internal or HR-related communications.. . BA/BS in Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.. . Proven ability to develop and deliver messages and execute effective communication plans.. . Exceptional writing, editing, organizational, and execution skills.. . Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.. . Strong collaboration skills, capable of thriving in a matrix environment both independently and as part of a larger team.. . Preferred Qualifications:. .
