Lago is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager with a strong focus on Amazon to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our Amazon sales strategy, ensuring optimal product listings, and managing overall account health. You will lead initiatives that drive sales growth and improve customer experience across the Amazon platform by implementing best practices in listing optimization, SEO, and promotional strategy. Your data-driven approach will be key in analyzing sales performance and market trends, allowing for informed decision-making and strategic planning. We are looking for a proactive leader who is passionate about e-commerce and has a proven track record of success in managing Amazon accounts.. Key Responsibilities:. . Optimize and enhance existing Amazon product listings for improved visibility, SEO performance, and conversion rates, with a goal of scaling to 4,000–5,000 units/month in sales . . Lead the launch and optimization of 10–20 new Amazon product listings for a growing product line . . Develop high-quality product content, images, and A+ detail pages aligned with brand standards and platform best practices . . Manage advertising and PPC campaigns to efficiently drive traffic and maximize sales performance . . Ensure consistent inventory availability and listing uptime across all SKUs . . Monitor account health, address performance issues proactively, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies . . Systematically replicate successful strategies across additional SKUs to support business growth.. . . 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts . . Demonstrated success in scaling product listings and launching new SKUs on Amazon . . Expertise in Amazon SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and A+ content creation . . Strong understanding of Amazon PPC campaign strategy, execution, and analytics . . Experience managing inventory, fulfillment, and account health metrics . . Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills . . Ability to work independently and take ownership of key growth initiatives . . Preferred Skills:. . Background in launching or managing niche or specialty consumer products . . Familiarity with Amazon analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) . .
