The opportunity:. We are looking for an experienced technical sales lead to join our presales team. In this role you will be working alongside our sales and business development team on existing growth and new customer opportunities. The team's deliverables are to support sales in technically shaping new opportunities to showcase Wifinity offerings.  . You will have the chance to work with multiple teams throughout the business on customer opportunities and contribute to the success of future solutions. . Key areas of focus:. Joining our Pre-sales team you will be responsible for conducting customer meetings and workshops.  You will be expected to drive customer thinking towards solutions that showcase Wifinity’s strengths within our product offering.  You should be able to discuss network technologies at a high level across LAN, WAN, and enterprise network environments. In addition, you will be responsible for discovering and driving customer requirements to facilitate solutions from any engagements. You will often be the first technical interaction a customer has with Wifinity and as such, will have the responsibility of fostering confidence and enthusiasm around our offering, not just the technology but our services too.   . You will work with our Sales team, Presales Engineers, SME’s and the bid team.  You will also engage with our vendors and external partners. . Your day-to-day role will consist of the following responsibilities, you may be required to carry out further responsibilities at the company's discretion. . Regular interactions with customers both existing and developing . On-Site customer meetings to promote Wifinity products and Services . On/Off-Site Customer workshops to define customer requirements from technical to user. . Compilation and creation of customer facing proposals articulating SME knowledge and design in a customer friendly language. . Working with SME’s to translate customer requirements into solution designs . Working with Sales to shape commercial proposals understanding OPEX and CAPEX variables within a solution. . You will be responsible for your own time management and scheduling . Building strong working relationships and presentation rapport with other members of the business. . Handover of won opportunities to internal stakeholders such as Delivery, Professional services & Operations teams . Customer Driven:  . Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction . Be customer focused and aim to influence their ideas and thoughts rather than enforce inflexible design approaches. . Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication . Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the expected time frame and follow up to ensure resolution . About you:. You will be an approachable and articulate individual with the ability to translate complex solutions or designs into language appropriate for audiences of all levels.  You should be comfortable presenting and holding ideation sessions with all levels of stakeholder from engineers to C-Suite, with the capability to adjust your approach accordingly.  You value investing time in customers and delight in building trusted relationships both externally and internally.  You are someone who is driven to succeed and offers solutions to problems seeking out support and buy in from all parties when approaching solutions. . You are excellent at working with people and able to listen to all points of view and make balanced purposeful contributions and proposals.  You are sympathetic to others skillsets and enjoy working with a range of technologies and opportunities. . We are looking for someone that: . Recognises that non-technical requirements can often be the key driver for technical solutions. . Is confident in front of both customers and internal peers . Is a self-starter with a driven approach to the job . Naturally builds trust quickly with others . Can be a positive ambassador for all aspects of Wifinity . Is confident with commercial & technical aspects of a proposal . Holds a UK Drivers License . No known issues with achieving Baseline Security Clearance . Your experience:. Proven and strong previous sales led environment experience . Has worked closely with Sales teams and customers previously to develop technical solutions . Has worked on WAN proposals previously . Has worked on LAN & Enterprise network solutions previously . Has a strong knowledge of all aspects of networking solutions . Previous experience with routed network proposal including SD-WAN and MPLS . Has a strong knowledge of network endpoints and their uses – IOT, Access Systems, CCTV etc. . It would be nice to also have:. Experience with Wireless solutions . Experience with Public sector  . Experience within network security . Experience with the following vendors – Ruckus, Fortinet, Cisco .
