Manage customer inquiries related to flight bookings, schedules, and airline services via phone, email, and live chat in French.. . Provide detailed information about flight options, baggage policies, and travel regulations.. . Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and inquiries regarding special requests.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.. . Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.. . Collaborate with airline and operational teams to provide real-time updates to customers.. . Stay informed about airline industry trends and service updates to enhance customer interactions.. . . Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation industry.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.. . Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.. .
