Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via secure telehealth. . Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans. . Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. . Collaborate with our care team as needed for referrals, case reviews, or client needs. . Work with diverse populations across California, including underserved communities. . Create your own schedule—days, evenings, or weekends. . . Active LCSW license in California . . Minimum of 1–2 years post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus). . Strong cultural competency and a passion for equitable care. . Familiarity with trauma-informed, strengths-based, or evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.). . Comfortable using telehealth platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, Zoom, TherapyNotes). .
