Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch concerning online book orders and services.. . Provide assistance with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a positive customer experience.. . Offer personalized book recommendations based on customer preferences and interests.. . Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.. . Work closely with the logistics team to resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies.. .
