Provide advanced technical support to customers using a complex HPC and CAE simulation platform.. . Resolve customer issues via email, chat, and ticketing systems with a strong focus on responsiveness and clarity.. . Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and deliver product improvements.. . Create comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and best practice guidelines to support user success.. . Conduct benchmarking, performance tuning, and internal testing to enhance platform efficiency and scalability.. . Contribute to automation efforts using shell scripting or related tools to streamline computing workflows.. . Ensure consistent, high-quality support across distributed teams while contributing to strategic support planning.. . . Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.. .
