Your key responsibilities as a Technical Lead will include: . • Providing technical direction and leadership across product development and release cycles.. • Designing and developing web-based applications integrated with backend systems using modern frameworks.. • Maintaining and evolving system architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.. • Leading code reviews, coaching developers, and enforcing development best practices.. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions and manage system alerts.. • Driving adoption of AI tools and practices to enhance development efficiency and innovation.. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Technical Lead:. • You must have at least 10 years of experience with PHP and Laravel, with deep expertise in object-oriented design.. • You will have strong proficiency in Vue3, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Redis and MySQL.. • You should be confident working with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and Azure-based development and delivery.. • You will bring hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps tooling like Azure DevOps and NuGet.. • You must have prior experience working extensively with AI tools such as Devin, Replit, and Co-pilot..
