Summary of Position:. As a Content Coordinator at RYNO Strategic Solutions, you’ll serve as a vital link between content creation and publication. You’ll oversee the ordering, editing, optimization, and publishing of content, ensuring every deliverable meets RYNO’s standards and SEO best practices. This role requires proficiency in WordPress, a strong understanding of content strategy, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with writers, editors, and strategists. Position Responsibilities:. Develop a deep understanding of RYNO’s SEO best practices and the home services industry. Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables by mastering RYNO’s content guidelines. Order new content assignments from designated queues, ensuring proper client alignment and adherence to SEO goals. Write and edit blog and landing page content that meets client objectives and follows RYNO standards. Review and edit submitted content for grammar, accuracy, formatting, and compliance with internal requirements. Conduct quality checks to confirm all content meets RYNO’s expectations before publishing or approval. Develop and refine detailed, SEO-informed outlines for writers to execute with clarity and consistency. Publish and format content in WordPress, including metadata, internal linking, and featured images. Apply internal linking, category tagging, and basic navigation updates to enhance site structure and SEO performance. Monitor and manage content queues to ensure deadlines are met and workloads remain balanced across projects. Track and log time accurately in Salesforce for visibility and workflow management. Collaborate with Content Strategists, freelancers, and SEO specialists to ensure alignment with campaign goals and client strategies. Perform additional content-related tasks as assigned by the Content Manager. 2+ years of experience in content creation, coordination, or publishing. Proficiency with WordPress and familiarity with SEO tools or plugins such as Yoast or Rank Math. Strong understanding of basic SEO principles, metadata, and internal linking best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong research and organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and projects. Adaptability to changing priorities, client needs, and digital marketing trends. A collaborative, proactive approach and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, agency environment. Demonstrated experience of managing or publishing content in WordPress. Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment. Advanced technical writing and editing abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort collaborating across teams. Familiarity with LLMs and recognizing AI content. A creative mindset. The total compensation for this nonexempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $43,000 to $46,000, plus the potential for quarterly bonuses, plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location.
