Generate new business by identifying and engaging decision-makers in target international markets. . . Design and execute outbound business development campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, and phone outreach. . . Tailor sales pitches and outreach based on industry verticals, market trends, and client goals. . . Collaborate with internal recruiters (delivery team) to transition clients post-acquisition. . . Qualifications and Experience. . Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment sales or business development (180 model). . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . . Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in an independent remote setup. . .
