What You’ll Do. As a Commercial Loan Broker and Loan Originator at HB Capital, you will focus exclusively on commercial real estate debt placement, working with sponsors nationwide. You will:. Originate and place CRE debt transactions generally ranging from $2M to $200M+. Structure and place financing across agency, bank, credit union, bridge, debt fund, CMBS, and private lenders. Advise sponsors on loan structure, proceeds, pricing, and execution strategy. Run deals from mandate through closing, partnering with analysts and transaction managers. Leverage HB Capital’s technology to underwrite, source lenders, and streamline execution. Build and deepen long-term relationships with borrowers and lenders.
