CPAs and non-CPAs with extensive accounting backgrounds.  to join our growing remote team supporting U.S.-based clients across various industries. Whether you're a highly analytical Staff Accountant, a detail-oriented A/P Specialist, or a seasoned CPA, we want to hear from you.. You will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and compliant financial services while collaborating with clients in fast-paced environments. This is a great opportunity for accounting professionals who are tech-savvy, dependable, and excited to work with reputable clients in the U.S.. Open Roles:. 1. Staff Accountant. . Assist with general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations. . Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. . Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. . Support audits and year-end closings. . Industry knowledge in Real Estate, HOA, or Construction is a plus. . 2. Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist. . Manage full-cycle A/P: invoice processing, PO matching, and vendor payments. . Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. . Reconcile A/P transactions and ensure timely and accurate payments. . Collaborate with procurement and finance teams. . Experience with U.S. accounting systems preferred. . 3. Senior CPA. . Lead month-end and year-end closings for multiple clients. . Oversee full accounting cycle and team workflows. . Conduct tax planning and filing (individual, corporate, partnership returns). . Provide financial analysis and advisory support. . Ensure GAAP compliance and provide audit support. . Proven ability to work directly with U.S. clients and senior stakeholders. . General Qualifications:. . CPA licensure (for Senior CPA role); strong accounting background for non-CPA roles. . Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience. . Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar U.S. accounting software. . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. . Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. . Experience with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards. . Highly organized, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines. . Reliable internet and remote-ready workstation. . Nice to Have:. . Experience working with U.S. clients or firms. . Background in HOAs, construction, or property management accounting. . Familiarity with project-based accounting or job costing. . Requirements. This is a full time role. US time zone. $6-$10/hr depending on experience. Company Location: Mexico.
