We want you to enjoy working with us.. We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer who can balance hands-on, detail-oriented development work with long-term strategic thinking. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, sustainable integrations that connect our internal and external systems.. Must-Haves. • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.. • Proven experience developing RESTful APIs using Python or another modern programming language.. • Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.. • Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.. • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to deliver business value in a fast-paced environment.. Nice-to-Haves. • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company (founded within the last 5–10 years).. • Familiarity with unit testing and automated acceptance testing frameworks.. • Exposure to frontend technologies such as React — while not required, this is a plus since our team supports both internal and external UIs.. • Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins or similar tools..
