Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.. . Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize complex cloud-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.. . Support onboarding of large and complex clients by implementing tailored cloud solutions aligned with business needs.. . Act as a technical escalation point for service-related issues requiring advanced cloud expertise.. . Collaborate with sales and professional services teams during pre-sales and client engagement activities.. . Contribute to architecture, design, and productization of cloud solutions to expand service offerings.. . Conduct research, implement best practices, and maintain thorough documentation of cloud environments and processes.. . Maintain and strengthen relationships with technology partners, including Microsoft, Amazon, and other vendors.. . . Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of IT experience, including relevant cloud technologies, or 8 years of IT experience with 2–4 years in cloud-focused roles.. . Strong understanding of network and connectivity solutions, including VPNs and hybrid network configurations.. .
