Paralegal - Estate Planning (US Law Firm, WFH) at ConnectOS. Schedule: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM PHT.  . What are we looking for?. Skills Required:. . Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution. . Prior experience as a real estate paralegal preferred. . Proficiency in CLIO Practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. . Strong organizational and multitasking skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Attention to detail and accuracy. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Knowledge of real estate law and related regulations is a plus. . Strong work ethic and dedication to client service. . What will you do?. . Conduct title searches and review property records. . Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds. . Assist in the closing process, including organizing and coordinating closing documents. . Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. . Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions. . Coordinate with title companies and surveyors to resolve title issues. . Assist attorneys in legal research and analysis. . Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and document management. . Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. .
