Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the Media & Entertainment sector.. . Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.. . Assist clients in navigating media services and entertainment products effectively.. . Gather customer feedback and report it to the management for service improvement.. . Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers accurately.. . Document interactions and ensure that all customer information is updated in the system.. . Collaborate with team members and departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.. . . Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.. .
