Accountabilities:. ·         Lead and manage cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and related methodologies.. ·         Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to align continuous improvement strategies with organizational goals.. ·         Develop and oversee strategic initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.. ·         Design and implement reporting automation and standardization to enhance decision-making capabilities.. ·         Perform cost-benefit analyses and value realization assessments to prioritize improvement opportunities.. ·         Collaborate with business leaders to refine use cases and optimize resource allocation.. ·         Apply Agile and Scrum principles to manage project timelines and stakeholder engagement.. ·         Drive root cause analysis to develop sustainable, long-term solutions.. ·         Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate performance metrics and insights.. ·         Apply domain expertise in mortgage servicing and insurance, focusing on lender-placed insurance and regulatory compliance.. ·         Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.. ·         10+ years of relevant experience in continuous improvement, strategic project management, or related fields.. ·         Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and business analytics.. ·         Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with measurable results.. ·         Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.. ·         Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and reporting automation.. ·         Experience in mortgage servicing and insurance domains is a significant plus.. ·         Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and root cause analysis for problem-solving..
