Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.. Key Responsibilities. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement. Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and proactive outreach. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen and engage candidates. Interview candidates telephonically and via video platforms (MS Team). Assess candidates for cultural fit, role suitability, and client requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment trackers (Workable ATS). Provide regular recruitment progress updates to management. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process. Proven recruitment experience (internal or agency). Experience recruiting within a . BPO, recruitment agency, or call centre environment. is strongly preferred. Comfortable working with tight turnaround times. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Confident conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
